Shirelle Ripetta, PMP is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sagittae Solutions LLC. She has over 17 years in professional experience with a focus on financial management, internal controls, business process re-engineering, and system Implementations. Shirelle has a broad range of client experience including private and public sector.

• Project management
• Federal accounting, OMB Circulars and Treasury regulations
• Full life cycle implementations methodology, including planning, requirements gathering and traceability, design, testing, training, implementation, documentation and post production support
• Chief Financial Officer and Program Office performance improvement projects such as procurement assessments, grants management studies, feasibility studies, and business analysis.

Shirelle has extensive experience in the public sector, including Federal and States as well as higher institutions. She also has in-depth experience in the private sector, including the transportation industry and the financial sector. Shirelle effectively collaborates and strategizes with C-level executives to drive innovative solutions and solve business issues. She also has a passion in mentoring and coaching professional staff at all levels.
